  1. The oex-vcc.com Website is operated by Voice Contact Center Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Równoległa 4A, 02-235 Warsaw, Poland.
  2. The Website pursues the function of obtaining information about its users and their behaviours through:
    • Use of the information voluntarily provided in forms.
    • Saving cookies on end devices.
  3. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the end devices of Website Users and used for browsing the Website’s pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they originate from, information on how long they will be stored on the end device and their unique number. The entity storing and accessing cookies on the Website User’s end device shall be the operator of the Website, i.e. Voice Contact Center Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Równoległa 4A, 02-235 Warsaw, Poland.

At the same time, Voice Contact Center Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland (hereinafter: the “Company” or the “Controller”) would like to inform that any contact made using the contact details provided on this page shall entail the Company being provided with personal data of the person making contact.

At the same time, Voice Contact Center Sp. z o.o. shall assume that the person making contact has read and accepted the following information connected with their personal data being processed by the Controller:

The controller of your personal data provided when making contact with Voice Contact Center Sp. z o.o. (including its employees and business partners designated as contact persons) by using the contact forms available at www.oex-vcc.com or via email, written correspondence, or by calling the telephone numbers provided on this website, shall be Voice Contact Center Sp. Z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland, at ul. Równoległa 4A.

  3. Voice Contact Center Sp. z o.o. shall process personal data based on your consent, and in the event of any possible claims – for the purpose of establishment, enforcement or defence of such claims.
  4. Your personal data shall be processed solely for the purpose of enabling Voice Contact Center Sp. z o.o. to respond to your enquiry. In the event that Voice Contact Center Sp. z o.o. should wish to use your personal for any other purpose, it will request your consent to do so.
  5. Provision of personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide them shall render it impossible to respond to the enquiry.
  6. The personal data shall be stored until your consent is withdrawn and until the end of the period of limitation for any possible claims.

  11. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal
  12. In connection with your personal data being processed by the Controller, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  13. The Controller shall make no automated decisions with regard to you, including profiling, based on your personal data.
