OEX Group under a common brand and a new strategy
OEX Group creates one common brand for all companies included in the consortium . Under the brand, OEX Business Services offer customers comprehensive support sales and marketing processes and wider support for the back-office.
OEX was founded in 2011 by the merger group ArchiDoc ( ArchiDoc and Call One ) of the companies belonging to the Neo Investments Fund ( Cursor, Galposter , Voice Contact Center). In March 2013, joined the holding company structures Divante , a leader segment services e-commerce. Currently, all companies of the Group will operate under the brand OEX Business Services.
Changing the logo is associated not only with the desire to refresh the image of the holding company . Based on the patterns of global and customer rating OEX Group has decided to simplify the structure of the offer , creating seven lines of business : E -business, specialized logistics , corporate identity , service procurement processes , sales support , back-office and document management and contact center.
These changes are the result of our past experiences, market observation and analysis of customer feedback. In the three years we have managed to build a strong and recognizable brand in the industry . Now we do the next step towards the development of our organization – said Konrad Rochalski , the board OEX responsible for back-office area .
OEX Group also intends to focus on further developing the portfolio of services. In the near future , the company will finalize among other things one of the planned 2014 acquisitions.

In February 2014 years OEX launched in Warsaw headquartered holding company , which is also operating center . In total, the Group has dozens of locations throughout the Polish , among others, in Chorzow , Lodz, Wroclaw , Poznan and Bydgoszcz. During the year, performs for its clients over fifteen hundred projects. OEX is also one of the largest employers of companies operating in the area of business services – annually employs almost 10 000 people.
