Polish Contact Center Awards

We are very pleased that our hard work and impressive presentations have been recognised by the jury of the Polish Contact Center Awards. We won in two categories and received an award of distinction. This is a great motivation for us to continue working and developing our projects. We would like to thank everyone who has contributed to our successes and supports us on a daily basis. We are proud to represent our company at such a prestigious event.

❇️ In the Best Trainer category, the award was received by Katarzyna Pianko-Szlachta.

❇️ Boromir, our system for analysing, monitoring and optimising internal support, was recognised as the best supporting technology.

❇️ We also received an accolade for partnerships with our ‘Patient, not customer’ project – implemented for Affidea Poland and Affidea Ireland.
