Voice Contact Center appreciated in Call Center Awards for the second time

For the second time in a row, Voice Contact Center has been appreciated in the all-Polish Call Center Awards competition. This time, the employees of Voice Contact Center have obtained a prize in the category Call Center Team 2012. The jury appreciated the unique system of trainings of the OEX Group company as well as the modern management method.

Call Center Awards 2012 is a competition aimed at presentation and honoring the best practices and innovative solutions in telemarketing industry as well as creation of new trends. This year, Voice Contact Center has won a prize in the category Call Center Team 2012. The jury consisting of call center market practicians appreciated the innovativeness and interesting ideas used in team management as well as the use of conscious and purposeful mechanism of company organizational culture animation.
