On August 26, a partnership agreement in the area of customer service was signed between OEX Voice Contact Center, represented by CEO Ewa Czarnecka, and TAS AG, represented by CEO Christian Geyer. This collaboration is the result of several weeks of discussions between OEX VCC and TAS AG, with particular emphasis on data security concerns.
TAS AG is a family-owned company founded in 1992 in Chemnitz by the parents of Christian Geyer, who currently serves as CEO. The company operates in the customer experience (CX) sector, offering services in customer care, marketing, consulting, and technology. The company’s headquarters is in Leipzig. TAS AG works with approximately 700 customer service agents, who handle around 17,000 inquiries daily.
