TU Europa: health insurance with Voice Contact Center

Voice Contact Center has won a competitive bid for the sale of health insurance for TU Europa. Signature of a contract for an indefinite period will be preceded by a two-week trial operation. The final value of the contract depends on the performance achieved.

The contract with Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Europa [Insurance Company] includes the sale of medical insurance by phone. Voice Contact Center consultants will be responsible for all stages of the sales process: presenting an offer, convincing the customer and completing the transaction. For the needs of the campaign, TU Europa has prepared a special application, based on which the insurance premium is calculated in a simplified manner. This will reduce the time that customers devote to talking with a consultant. The insurance policy is automatically generated and sent to the customer after registration of customer’s details in the insurer’s system.

A team of Voice Contact Center telemarketers, in addition to a detailed training in sales over the phone and knowledge of the offer, have attended training by the Financial Supervision Commission for persons applying for the provision of agent services. Each of the consultants attended more than 150 hours of lectures, workshops and presentations including topics such as insurance risks, occupational ethics and legislation relating to the area of insurance. All the Voice Contact Center consultants working for TU Europa have passed the state examinations certifying their qualifications in these areas.
