New Operations Director in Voice Contact Center of the OEX Group

Since January 2015 Ewa Czarnecka is responsible for managing operations and customer service in the Voice Conract Center company belonging to the OEX Group. The new Operations Director has more than 12 years of experience in the contact center industry. Previously, she was associated with the company Call Center Poland, where she held the position of the Sales and Customer Service Director.
