The “Beauty Zone” project, which is carried out by Voice Contact Center for a well-known cosmetics brand, has won the main prize in the Złota Słuchawka competition in category “Together”. The company from the OEX Group is the only external contact centre that won an award in this year’s edition of the competition.
“Beauty Zone” is a project comprising customer service with specialised product consultancy. It is serviced by female experts with a vast product knowledge of products that provide customers with information and help them choose cosmetics that will best match their needs. The call centre team is additionally supported by dermatologists.
The Beauty Zone is a customised solution which goes beyond the classic customer service office. Together with our customers, we have created an innovative solution that will be matched to the expectations and business objectives – says Żaneta Lamparska, Voice Contact Center Operating Manager.
The project is carried out in a special room called “Beauty Zone”, where the team is able to access most products. The cooperation with customers also consists in complaint handling, product return and exchange procedures, both with regard to individual persons and points of sales. In addition, Voice Contact Center conducts brand customer satisfaction research by phone and e-mail.
The competition “Złota Słuchawka” promotes best practices in contact centre management, best projects, and people strengthening the professionalism of the industry. The Programme Council oversees the substantive part of the competition. It consists of the representatives of the largest Polish companies dealing with remote customer service.
This year’s “Złota Słuchawka” is already the second distinction in this competition for Voice Contact Center. The Company is also a prizewinner of the following competitions: Call Center Awards, Outsourcing Stars, Golden Arrow, and Telemarketer of the Year.
