Who are we?

We are a team of customer experience specialists. We run multilingual customer service offices in Warsaw, Łódź and Lublin. We also operate remotely.

Our operational centres are located in Warsaw, Łódź and Lublin. VCC is part of the OEX Group, one of the largest companies in Poland’s business services market.

Voice Contact Centre includes people with over a dozen years of experience in the contact centre industry. Most of our managers started their careers as telephone consultants. We respect the commitment and willingness to develop, so we promote the best consultants and provide the career path within the company structures.
