LinGO is a cultural melting pot in Lublin

After entering LinGO department of VCC at Leszczyńskiego street in Lublin I feel like I have just teleported to another country. It is so multicultural that I can hardly believe I am still in Poland. Hard work is mixed here with wonderful international vibe created by people from places like Zimbabwe, Sierra Leone, Ukraine, India, the USA, the Philippines and Poland.

Sam is from Zimbabwe, and he has been in Poland for almost two years now. He works on an international project at Voice Contact Center. “We have a great team” – he says – “we learn a lot from each other, and we are united, which brings great results of our team.”

LinGo is VCC’s multilingual, multi-channel customer service department. It is located mostly in Lublin, which as an important academic center, attracts young people and research staff from all over the globe.

Alice and Nyasha are studying nursing and working at VCC at a medical project. They are both very happy about the opportunity to improve their medical knowledge and experience while working at VCC. “I would definitely recommend coming to study and work in Lublin” – says Nyasha. Alice from Zimbabwe felt in love with Poland and one Pole especially – she has a Polish husband. She enjoys working with people from different countries and she appreciates that VCC gave her possibility to work in English. “Living with the Polish people is not as difficult as others might think. People are very friendly here. I feel welcome, I feel at home here” – says Alice. “I cook Polish and African dishes. My favorite are pierogi and pomidorowa. I have even been to three typical Polish weddings and I loved it!” – says Alice with a great enthusiasm.

LinGO serves clients in languages such as English, German, French, Spanish, Czech, Hungarian, Ukrainian, etc. The main goal of Voice Contact Center is to create a positive customer experience on a global scale, regardless of the language of communication.

Matthiew was born in the US, and he came to Poland in search of his Polish roots. “I’ve had tremendous amount of fun while working for VCC. We have good atmosphere and energy in the office. We learn a lot from each other every day and its overall one of the best experiences of my life – says Matthew. “It’s a good environment and a safe place” – says Jenneh from Sierra Leone when asked about her life in Lublin and work at VCC.

LinGO handles numerous projects related to customer service, helpdesk, sales support, CATI surveys. It deals with the implementation of processes that include not only the multichannel customer service office but also the widely understood front, middle and back-office processes.

“I encourage you to work here – it’s a great experience to be in this international environment and get to know the Polish culture at the same time” – sums it up positively glowing Lanze from the Phillipines.
