We have been gaining experience in contact center services since the mid-1990s. We have relied on this experience while building our company which helps us to take full advantage of our knowledge and passion. We provide all contact channels for our end customers – not only telephone, text messages, e-mail, chat and social media, but also traditional mail and face-to-face contact. We have 3 modern operations centers located in Warsaw, Łódź and Lublin. We are flexible and can adapt quickly. We provide our customers with more than 650 professional contact center stations, and their number will be most likely significantly increased in the near future thanks to the OEX Group’s resources.
